Work culture here in India is not good. People lack professionalism.
I wonder why would a company hire someone who is oblivious of the basic computer knowledge. I am shocked to have colleagues who bother me to make changes for them in powerpoint.
Apart from that the Babugiri prevails. 90 % of the staff use only two words - yes sir, yes sir, yes sir, ......sir sir goes on..till your Boss retires to the loo. Sighhhh sometimes it is frustrating..and sometimes I just wished I had a gun !
